A child will be released only to a parent, guardian, or other person authorized for pickup. Photo identification may be requested when the person picking up the child is not already known to the caregiver.
Before care begins, families will receive a practical list of any child-specific items needed for the day, such as spare clothing, diapers or toileting supplies, comfort items, or other approved belongings.
Families should share changes that may affect the child’s day, and Cibolo Tots will communicate meaningful information about routines, activities, meals, rest, behavior, incidents, or other care matters as appropriate.
Required enrollment forms, permissions, emergency information, health-related records, and program policies will be completed or acknowledged before the child begins care, as applicable.
