Parent Information

Helpful information for Cibolo Tots Childcare families about visits, authorized pickup, daily communication, supplies, and enrollment documents.

01

Parents can stay connected to their child’s care

Parents and guardians are welcome to visit and observe their child. Visits must not interfere with the care, supervision, safety, or daily activities of the children.

02

Children leave only with approved people

A child will be released only to a parent, guardian, or other person authorized for pickup. Photo identification may be requested when the person picking up the child is not already known to the caregiver.

03

Families will know what to bring

Before care begins, families will receive a practical list of any child-specific items needed for the day, such as spare clothing, diapers or toileting supplies, comfort items, or other approved belongings.

04

Important information should move both ways

Families should share changes that may affect the child’s day, and Cibolo Tots will communicate meaningful information about routines, activities, meals, rest, behavior, incidents, or other care matters as appropriate.

05

Policies are reviewed before care starts

Required enrollment forms, permissions, emergency information, health-related records, and program policies will be completed or acknowledged before the child begins care, as applicable.
